BTV is the campus television station of Brandeis
University, Waltham,
MA. Run by students, the station has three major areas of
programming:
Student Productions, Movies, and Community Events. Recently established as
a SAF group.
For the first time in Brandeis history, BTV is broadcasting throughout the
day according to a set schedule. This is possible due to our new
automatic
broadcast system that we built with the support of the Senate, Allocations
Board, and Jean Eddy from the Office of Students and Enrollment.
Our schedule consists of movies, community programming, and our own shows.
A partnership with Student Events has allowed us access to top-rate
movies.
We have two original productions, The Dumpster Kids, and Resident Strife.
We
have several more shows in production.
As a service to the community, BTV is producing commercials for every club
and office that wants one.
